At byAERA, we are committed to providing high-quality hair care products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@byaera.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
